All of the chefs are encouraging, but several stress the importance of practice. If anyone could quickly and easily produce restaurant-quality meals, these chefs would be out of a job.

I decided to take a crack at the Beef Wellington, which took me about four hours. The first couple I made were horrible, but by the fourth and fifth, I felt like an old pro.
